Rooted in the diplomatic heart of Jabal Amman, our global headquarters stands as a testament to our family’s enduring Hashemite heritage. Situated along Zahran Street, this office serves as the foundational anchor of Dar Al-Judeh and the operational command for our MENA (Middle East and North Africa) investments. Inquiry Routing & Protocols

To ensure your inquiry is addressed with the precision and focus characteristic of a premier global office, we request that all communications be directed through the appropriate institutional channels. Please review the following guidelines before submitting materials to our teams.

Investment Proposals & Strategic Mandates
We recognize the essential role of intermediaries, investment bankers, and specialized advisors in maintaining a robust deal ecosystem. To facilitate a rigorous and timely evaluation, please observe the following routing:

  • Corporate & Private Equity Acquisitions: Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs) and executive teasers should be directed to our New York office. Submissions should include a comprehensive summary of historical EBITDA and the strategic rationale for the transaction.

  • Real Estate & Credit Mandates: All property-specific opportunities and credit requests should be directed to the office geographically closest to the asset. This alignment ensures rapid site-level diligence and the integration of local market intelligence.

Institutional Alliances & Co-Investment
We maintain active and collaborative relationships with fellow family offices, sovereign wealth funds, and institutional allocators. Those interested in discussing proprietary co-investment opportunities or shared syndication mandates are invited to contact our External Affairs team. We regularly engage with our peers to exchange macro-level insights and deliberate on global asset allocation strategies.

The Mandate of Discretion (Media & Press)
As a private institution, Dar Al-Judeh operates under a policy of strict confidentiality. We do not offer commentary on market speculation or the private details of our transaction activity. For official statements regarding our philanthropic endeavors or authorized announcements concerning public portfolio activities, please contact our Public Affairs department through the New York office.

Professional Service Engagement (Vendors)
To preserve the strategic focus of our investment professionals, all inquiries from third-party service providers—including legal counsel, technology consultants, and administrative vendors—must be conducted through our Central Operations team.

Direct outreach to our investment professionals regarding service offerings is discouraged to ensure our teams remain focused on core value creation.

Prospective partners are invited to submit their capability statements and institutional references to our administrative registry; our team will initiate contact solely as specific operational requirements arise.

Office Access & Visitation

Please be advised that access to our New York and Amman locations is strictly limited to authorized personnel and guests by prior appointment or invitation only. We do not accept walk-in visitors under any circumstances.

Given that our firm processes hundreds of inquiries on a daily basis, we require all initial contact to be routed through the digital form above. This protocol allows us to track and review correspondence systematically; attempts to bypass this process via unscheduled visits or direct telephonic outreach will result in significant delays or dismissal of the inquiry.
